he bulked for a year and 5 months.. ate a **** ton (obviously) and worked out.. but looking at the pics you would just say he was a fat kid and didnt work out at all.. I dont get it, because if he was lifting and eating as much as he was he should have gained a **** ton of muscle in that time frame, im not sure if someone could do that bad on a bulk if they tried, maybe his metabolism was screwed?

who said he had a well structured, intelligent routine going all out giving it 100%?
u could eat 6k cals and go in the gym, lift light ass weight with horrid form using all cables and machines and technically your "lifting/working out" but you aint ganna see **** for results."Hard work dosent go unseen, unless hard work isnt present"

he lifted like a wuss (srs), his lifts were quite light (less than 100kg for squats etc), I could tell he wasn't pushing the weight progression
I think this is the main reason he gained mainly fat, but he still ate way too much (yes continental chicken 6x a day)
edit: Wow strong food intake

He squatted 110lbs and benched 130lbs, much too low for his bodyweightLast edited by Rambo26; 09-14-2010 at 04:27 PM.

But really....

I think....Short term Goal: To cut back before bulking like a demon.
Mid term Goal: To find myself.
Long term Goal: To get what's mine.
67 lbs in 9 years and still counting... (started at 100lbs)
It's a hater's job to hate. So let them hate...

You get too many bad advice floating around this forum. I can understand a newbie making mistakes. I've seen a lot of "eat and grow!!" and "eat that pizza and grow!!" advice here. Very bad advice. Not all calories go straight to building muscles.
He's only 21, cut him some slack. Looking back when we were starting, we've made dumb mistakes as well.

That's a good cautionary tale. It's been three years i'd like to see what progress he's made by now. Hopefully he's looking a lot better. Anyways a good reminder to check the mirror and not get too caught up with what you're doing.
I honestly think it was his poor workout (one and a half years going up to 91KG you should be able to lift MUCH more than he did) and eating 4 or 5 of those pre packages chicken with butter and rice that he ate everyday that did it.
My favourite but most harsh responce.
90 perfent gained was fat, your face looks horrible now after the fat gain, It looks like you have down syndrome.....

On a side not his weight on the forum is listed at 206lbs so I don't think he ever lost the weight. In fact 206lbs is 94kg so he maybe even put on another 3kg or so
Hopefully he did a massive cut then rebulked up to this weight but i dunno.
Looked at his page and it looks like he did do a big cut then start building it back up. He's listed himself at 14.6% at 206lbs so that's pretty damn good if true.

I don't get Dreamer. His biggest mistake was lifting WRONG, and I'm not sure why he kept going.
My first bulk was a VERY dirty bulk. My tits were HUGE at the end (no homo) as was my butt and gut. Even then, I only did it for about 4 months before I was like "wow im putting on way too much fat". Given this realization, I STILL managed to put about 30-40lbs on upper body lifts and 50-60 lbs on my lower body lifts.
