yeah, i would just do exercises like bench, shoulder press. upper body stuff, avoid lower body.

Blizzy what i mean, is if i train my chest say 2 times a week well for me that is adequate time to pound the chest again and again week after week allowing me to recover from the workouts and i know when i have recovered due to simple observations of my chest region and by the way it feels/moves. I look fuller and my chest pronounces out when im recovered 100%.

With smolov im training bench 4 times a week now and i feel my body isnt keeping up to the demands im placing on my body in terms of recovery.. The first week was alright but now my chest is looking smaller, i feel a bit limited in movement of the muscle too, and i have lost depth in the pecs. Due to simply not recovering enough or sufficiently.. Im not surprised by this at all though as it happened with my back muscles when i used to train back everyday when i was young and silly.
