    let's just say I was not feeling it coming into today. Back is still a little tweaked from squats on Saturday, heat wave rolling through today so it's humid as fuk and uncomfortable plus I had some indigestion going on to start the workout. For a second I thought about taking an extra day off, but that could turn into two days, and so on.... Best to soldier on.

    475 x 1 PR!
    I kept feeling like I was gonna puke when i started, which really worried me about when I put my belt on tight and tried yanking a PR. Luckily i came out of it. 475 is a huge PR. It came off the ground nicely then slowed up a little bit at lockout. Got the whole body quaking a bit at the end. feelsgoodman, especially not feeling up to par. After a rest week, I'm gonna come back and own 500.

    Thanks my man! Fronts are awesome- your back stays upright so they're easy to sink deep. They really hammer the quads hard. It takes some upper back strength too because the bar is trying to pull you forward

    Excellent Woody!!! That 475 DL attempt went up so easy off the floor. Lockout, of course, looked harder. I've always had it harder off the floor..wish it was the other way.

    142.5 lol- everyone was doing 135, so I figured I'd up it to 140 then threw my 1.25 plates on just to make it a weird number to avoid ties. Although that vid will be irrelevant soon when I attempt a heavier weight for x20

    Couple have hit 225x20. One guy did in my weight class but they were high.

    I'd like to attempt somewhere around 165. I'd really like to hit 200x20 but that's a ways off. I'm pleased to have hit 142.5x20 considering I haven't front squatted in months.
