WTF, how did I miss this?!?!?!? Despite the quaking, that sh!t looked easy bro, flew right up. What's that +40 so far? I can definitely see a round of Hudson in the near future for me, maybe end of summer

Thanks fella! +40 indeed! Speed off the ground was excellent. I tend to get the full body quakes when locking out heavy pulls.
Best to pepper your lower back before a Hudson run
thanks Punky!
Sweet will check that out!
Lol that would be no good

Monday 6.25.12- Bench- 5/3/1 Week 2
Took the weekend off- back was tender as was my hip so I axed the Saturday session. Ate plenty of food and drink beer all weekend so it was win. I rolled into today feeling rested!
Bench
45 x 10
135 x 5
175 x 3
205 x 1
220 x 3
235 x 3
250 x 3 (matches 3RM)
fuk yeah, so stoked to have matched my old 3RM! it was done before at the end of IL's program when i was doing high volume and peaking. I was concerned that my bench had gone down, but looks like I'm still good
Seated Row
90 x 10
165 x 10
180 x 10
180 x 10
CGBP
135 x 5
150 x 3
160 x 3
170 x 10 PR
still easy
Weight Chins
BW x 10
+25 x 6
+35 x 6
Incline Flies
30s x 10
45s x 10
45s x 10
Front Squats
45 x 10
142.5 x 20 Rep PR
for Dope's 20 rep front squat challenge. I haven't front squatted since March. Fuk me these hurt and my cardio sucks so bad that after 9 I was gasping for breath every rep. Definitely good for more weight next time

Excellent Woody!!! That 475 DL attempt went up so easy off the floor. Lockout, of course, looked harder. I've always had it harder off the floor..wish it was the other way.
These rack squats still have my interest! I may have to try and work these in!!!

Solid benching woody. Glad to see you're maintaining your strength. LOL after I finished watching your bench, this video came up as one of the recommended videos to watch. EPIC form.
Nice fronts too. Just curious, wtf is with 142.5 lbs for that?Powerlifting Log - http://tinyurl.com/jshaw5

Thanks my man! Light stuff for deads tomorrow and then on to a 500 pull next week!
LOL, that form was awesome. Guess I should work on mine a bit....
142.5 lol- everyone was doing 135, so I figured I'd up it to 140 then threw my 1.25 plates on just to make it a weird number to avoid ties. Although that vid will be irrelevant soon when I attempt a heavier weight for x20
lol that whole video was winPRs: Back Squat- 410x1 / Front Squat- 320x1/ Bench- 325x1 / Deadlift- 505x1

No one has done more than 225 yet. One guy did 225 in the 181 weight class, that's insane. Are you going to get in on the action?
