Dunno how I missed all this, I was wondering where the hell you've been. Either way do what you gotta do to get ready for your meet. I remember the vid compilation you put together after your last meet seriously inspired me (and also exposed me to a new awesome Korn song ). I'm sure with your abilities and drive you'll be able to break that 1600 milestone, which will be fukin sick man.
If you have time please do keep up with the videos, I really enjoy them and like listening to your goofy MN accent lmao.
Quick question: I tried ring dips for the first time the other day and couldn't do more than 3 in a row without my arms twisting and fuking me up. Could you give me some advice on how to set up/execute them? Either on here or a vid you make or something. That would be super sick because I'd love to be able to actually do them.
Keep training hard man.

1. Might start logging again soon.
2. You really have to listen to all of Korn's albums if you want to enjoy them. The greatest hits album is incomplete.
3. I plan on keeping up on videos. Nothing has been really video worthy though lately lol.
4. Should be doing some ring dips within the next day or two. I can make a video showing exactly how I do them.
I've never really been able to see your bench form. Usually the camera (potato) is about 75 feet away from the bench
Hopefully!

but I saw you doing 3 sets of 5 with 35's for turkish get ups, I am confused.
So pretty much these would be better?
Walmart has the cheapest ones I can find by FAR. No shipping cost either, they will ship to your nearest walmart for free.

For Turkish Get-ups, you will struggle with the 24kg bell right off the bat. That's why I asked what you wanted to do with it. For general stuff like snatches, cleans, presses, jerks, swings, etc, a 24kg or 32kg would be good.
Do you not have access to a few kettlebells at that sweet gym you train in? It might be worth finding a place just to play around with some before you make any purchases.

Strong bench session. When will it be my turn to have a GF who spots me at the gym... patiently awaiting ring dip video
Sad adamsz is sad I need your help Sir Donald! I'm guessing you just chilled with your girl and bullchitted all day eh. Amiright.
LIME... you've got way too much time on your hands man. I know you go through phases where you post way too much on bb.com and then take a hiatus and then come back rinse and repeat. You're starting to get near that phase where it's time to take a break man. Inb4 e-feud.Awesome pics. Great size. Look thick. Solid. Tight. Keep us all posted on your continued progress with any new progress pics or vid clips. Show us what you got man. Wanna see how freakin' huge, solid, thick and tight you can get.
