Will do.
Ha I couldn't even do 315 with them.
I am right handed actually, and my right hand is stronger..
I have a few issues I am addressing with my asymmetry, I think a lot of it has to do with flexibility issues and the soft tissue being really tight in my right compared to my left.
It's the other way around for me. I feel pretty comfortable benching with them but pull-ups are HARD. I'll continue doing pull-ups with them though and suck it up.

Ha I'll try to think of something. My creativity is in a rut lately.
Note to self: Pressing 4x in one week and doing a hard session of Kinect Track and Field for Xbox360 while drinking at a buddy's house could lead to a screwed up shoulder..
I'm in pain right now, lol. My sister is a massage therapist and she tried to work on it a little bit, but it is just fukkin hurts.

Yeah it's just stiff, mostly in the lat right now. Should have just skipped the dips/chins today but whatever. Last night with the Kinect stuff is really what killed it. Might push my next lifting day back to Tuesday.
That SUCKS about the car. Hopefully that all works itself out.
I like having my balls attached to my body.

No kidding! I was literally almost in tears it was so bad. I just didn't understand.
Ya I might actually be doing that from now on to get a little extra volume but still get some rest after my heavy stuff.
I was pissed after squats and super motivated actually. Cranked my mp3 player and went to work. Just didn't turn out.
I hope so. Gonna start up with the belt next week and carry on with business.

I would have been fine if I would have just done 495x2 and 335x2 without failing. I know I would have gone 515x1 then 350x1 had I just stopped.
Yeah just have an easy-ish squat/bench workout on thursday then a fairly heavy deadlift workout on Friday.
Next week starts with the belt full-time, probably even for benching.

Big Nick, do you 'plan' out what goals you want to hit on certain lifts at the beginning of each year?
Like i gained 185lb on my total this year, (should have been over 200 but injuries prevented me from maxin on squats/deads) and im aiming for at least a 140lb gain on big 3 next year, so then i look at the individual lifts and see what progress can be made every 3 months etc, then test it etc, do you do this?
Basically what im asking '' what will your bench/squat/dead be this time next year?~~~~~~~~~~
''Bro, get yourself under control lol next thing we know Illy is gonna be 175 lbs, addicted to coke, involved in gang activity, and with a 365 max deadlift... ''-Blizzard589

Aww shucks.
I try not to get caught up with thinking too far ahead. It just sets me up for bad workouts in the current. Basically I just figure out what my next meet is and go from there. Right now my goal is to total 1500+ at MN State and hopefully win the 198 division. Trying not to even think about anything past that at this point.

Squats
475x3 - Shut her down early due to some hamstring issues.
A. Bench Press
315x5.5 -
315x4
315x3
B. Pull-ups
50x5
50x4
50x3
Cable Triceps/Biceps
3 sets of 20
Didn't realize how screwed up my body was until I started warming up. My cold and general fatigue from Tuesday's festivities got the best of me. Hamstrings, elbows, and glutes were killing me today as well. Gotta stop letting the bar shift so much during squats but it is so hard with the crappy center knurling on the bar and no chalk on my shoulders.
Benching was tough with my elbows being sore since I couldn't descend very fast, so these were very controlled reps.
Not bad though. I'm not mad at all.

Does your gym get mad at you for having chalk on your shoulders? My gym doesn't allow the use of chalk, but I put in on my shoulders anyways. They never say anything. I just bring the chalk with me and and lay my shirt out and rub it on in the locker room right before I go squat.

They've gotten super anal about enforcing the "rules" this past semester so I haven't even tried. I basically have to set my deadlifts down like I am handling fine China these days or they start freaking out on me.
I might just start doing it anyways and see what they do about it. It's not like I am messy about it. I always wipe off the bar when I am done and don't scatter it anywhere. Putting it on in the locker room sounds like a great idea though.
I loved it last summer when they didn't give a sh*t about anything.
They are spending all this money reupholstering the seats on all the benches and machines, but still can't fork over a few hundred bucks for an extra squat rack. They got rid of this station where I did rack pulls and shrugs on occasionally as well. I really really really really really hate my gym.

If they give you a hard time about the chalk on your back, just tell them if you don't have it the bar will slip off your back and make a very loud racket as it crashes down. It doesn't make a mess on your back anyways. It only gets on the bar and like you said that can be wiped off easily.
