Have you tried some traction stretching with bands for your hip? I'm just now able to squat again coming back from my back injury, 405x3 lol. Injuries suck

Decent day. Forgot my strap for chins so I couldn't do them
Wasn't feeling too good either so I kept the assistance really minimal. Ended up with the flu or something since then. Should be better now though.

Great day, wasn't expecting it at all. I've been kinda sick and my nutrition has been terrible. Getting back to how I should be squatting, and it feels so much more natural.
Benching has been improving at a fantastic rate lately. Is it a coincidence that I start hitting my triceps harder and my bench starts going up?

Glad to hear the hip pain is almost gone! Have you been doing any extra stuff for it or what?
Great job PRing on squats and bench, everything is lookin solid man. Can't wait for your next meet.
Dang the asian chick next to you actually had pretty fukin good squat form. Would wife/10
Also, I think I figured out why I suck so much at ring dips lol. At my gym the rings are suspended from the ceiling which is like 12 feet up, so I think all that extra distance creates a lot more swinging and thus instability. It's a shame my door frames don't support pullup bars so I can't try them like you doAwesome pics. Great size. Look thick. Solid. Tight. Keep us all posted on your continued progress with any new progress pics or vid clips. Show us what you got man. Wanna see how freakin' huge, solid, thick and tight you can get. Thanks for the motivation.

Just a test day to gauge training for the next couple weeks. Buried 565 too deep and couldn't recover, got it moving though. The 385 bench was pretty damn good though.
I'm out of town until Sunday and need to get moving right now, so no videos.

It is what it is. I'll let my benching on the platform speak for itself.
Thinking I'll take 385 as a 2nd at the meet and go for broke with 402 on my 3rd. Not TERRIBLY unreasonable at this point, especially since I still have a few weeks of solid training left.
Still playing squats by ear. I'd like 573 for sure.

Damn near had the squat. I suspect in competition with adrenaline and what not you should be able to nail it no problem.
And just what I suspected, a LIME bench Once again, in competition you shouldn't have a problem. Amazing work man.Awesome pics. Great size. Look thick. Solid. Tight.
