Form is horrendous. I've worked up to 275 recently for easy singles and form was much better.
Most can power shrug more than they can deadlift. Speed off the floor might not be too important but you certainly can't do it slowly and expect to pop it up with just the hips and no momentum.Planted like a tree beside the river of truth.

seriously, haha. to get wrists flexible, utilize your time under front squats and push your elbows up so high it hurts. stretch those bitchess out. just takes time.
for hip flexiblity or w/e i go into a bodyweight deep squat position all the time and stretch myself out in it. use light weights and practice it. everything you've been told before i guess
psh f bench. i benched 405 @ 198lbs in iraq 2008. immediately after is when i quit and went oly. one of the first vids on my youtube is me doing 405 on the decline, i did it on the flat 2 weeks later
now i bench 275

Blah, I don't want to have to wait forever to fix my form, I want to go heavier already . I have to do like 15 sets of bodyweight squats before I can be flexible enough to snatch as it is. And my snatch still isn't deep enough.
Fuuuuuuuu, you benched 405 and then stopped benching, why would you do that?

Bench is the best lift though, how can you possibly get bored of it?
You should parallel squat 500 one of these days.
