    I can't elevate my heartrate for lifts, and my back/shoulders/hammies are killing me on everything.

    I cant train around a lack of self motivation and tons of injuries, gonna have to hypertrophy for a while.

    any other thoughts on how you're going to tackle the motivation factor? Maybe more frequent deloads for a bit?

    I really don't think its about the deloads.

    It has to do mostly with the injuries and personal stuff that impedes desire to lift.

    I think I am gonna hit everything once a week for a while to let my body recover from all the frequency.

    Gonna try to focus on rehab and form work for a while.

    Pretty ghey, I know, but I figure the novelty and break from intensity will be good for me in the long term.

    Completely agree. I know a lot of really big strong guys who take such breaks every year. You'll come out of it feeling much more fresh physically and mentally. I've decided to implement a month each year where I still train hard, but do new/different things. This really seems to help. Good luck to you.
