Holy crap I was almost a 165er after my carb up... day
Bench Press
265x5
295x2x5
255x10
Front squats
260x3x5
Not really sure how much to do on these, because I lose about 5% off my max when I bench first. I "plan" on working up to 325x3x5 for week 6, but that may need to be modified if Bench Press proves to be too inhibitive. Started extremely light
Dips
45x10
90x10
135x2x8
thoughts
Alright, cut is over now, need moar strength.

135x10
185x10

Front Squats
130x8 These were hurting my back. I really don't think I can handle front squats this mesocycle, which sucks. My back is still not at the point where they feel okay
Chin ups
x10
53x7
78x5
88x5
Power Shrugs
225x15
315x15
405x10
495x10
585x5
Spider Curls (Reps if you can guess why I did these today
15x10
20x10
25x10

Nothing is there right now. Idk whats going on, but I think I am gonna have to switch to hypertrophy and rehab work for a while.
I can't elevate my heartrate for lifts, and my back/shoulders/hammies are killing me on everything.
I cant train around a lack of self motivation and tons of injuries, gonna have to hypertrophy for a while.

I think I am gonna hit everything once a week for a while to let my body recover from all the frequency.
Gonna try to focus on rehab and form work for a while.
Pretty ghey, I know, but I figure the novelty and break from intensity will be good for me in the long term.

Completely agree. I know a lot of really big strong guys who take such breaks every year. You'll come out of it feeling much more fresh physically and mentally. I've decided to implement a month each year where I still train hard, but do new/different things. This really seems to help. Good luck to you.
