Alright guys being new to the forums, I am asking a lot of question to make sure my diet and training are all on point.
I am 16 years old, currently bulking from 150 and at about 8% body fat I believe maybe more now.
Here is my daily diet:
Meal 1.
Oatmeal with protein powder and 2tbps of natural PB and a banana(pre workout meal)
Meal 2.
Shake consisting of almond milk, oats, peanut butter, protein, creatine, mixed fruit, and a banana.
Meal 3.
Brown or white rice with either talapia/salmon/chicken and healthy fats plus veggies like spinach/broc****/peppers..
Meal 4.
Dinner consist of another protein such as maybe more chicken/steak/fish(whatever im in the mood for) more veggies and healthy fats
Meal 5.
1 cup of cottage cheese with almonds and if needed, finish off calories with a type of carb, sometimes wheat bread or a bagel with jelly.
Calories: Usually try to aim for around 3500
Protein:131
Carbs:438
Fats:136
I usually overshoot my protein intake by about 30gs most of the time which is expect with all the protein each meal, is that a bad thing? I would just like to here your thoughts about my diet..I believe I am slowly gaining so that's what matters. But mostly wanting to know if this is a good bulking diet to stick with during my bulking phases.. and how fast should I be looking to gain good weight and not too much fat? Thanks fellas!

Try the Nutrition Section - https://forum.bodybuilding.com/forumdisplay.php?f=13
A moderator might move it for you, but if you see that the thread is locked, etc try the correct forum.
Sidenote: You've actually got your macros figured out, so you are well ahead of the game. If you aren't gaining weight, then increase your calories. Protein number looks a bit low...131g of protein?
