After shoulder in surgery in aug i just benched 205!

I am so jacked after not lifting for a year and half cause of the shoulder, I had the surgery back Aug 5th and I just benched 205 and almost got 225, and I squatted 300 like it was butter at the end of my workout on madcows 5x5!! I am so pumped and all of the hard work the atrophy and physical therapy is paying off!!

Hell yeah man! I busted my shoulder a year ago and now its stronger than the other side. I know how you feel. Reps coming your way.
I say fear me and fear death, too. You can’t keep me on the ground.
Made to suffer, but no longer; this is coming to an end.

congrats man. I always believe that if one has the motivation to come back training after a setback he/she will get stronger both mentally and physically.

That's awesome. I have minor shoulder issues that sideline me on occasion, I don't even want to think about recovering from a surgery. Congrats!
