I'm tired of all these haters who eat zero carbs and think thats carbs are the devil. Post and show that carbs are really what contribute to gains. I'm looking for the people who eat atleast 250-300 carbs a day (including off days)

I was eating 450 every day before my mini-cut. I'm at 350 now bumping each week till I get back to the 450 range.

I am not sure what kind of a statement you are trying to make here. I eat a low carb lifestyle, but I do it because I feel better while on it. Yeah, I happen to lose weight while on it, but to me at least, it is more about that I FEEL better than just simply find it easier to lose weight. It's all about how you respond to carbs. Anyone who says it is the only way is obviously wrong, and we are all bigger than that here, right?

350 daily, 300 on off days, and cheat days are way higher.

I'm always close to 300 when on a cut...hasnt ever effected my results. Helped them big time changing my diet to add more carbs and less fat actually. I thought low carb was the only way to go, totally changed my thinking now.

Cutting 2,300 calories 40 40 20 ... 230g carbs, 230g protein, 51g fat. Perfect way to cut + I am setting new PRs in some exercises. Feelsgoodman.
I did try low carb diet (max 40g carbs) and yes I was losing bodyfat but I was also losing strength ... with the current diet, I am losing fat while maintaining/slightly gaining muscle.
