    This week was kinda blah.

Didn't get as many workouts as I liked. I am back on dayshift after being on midnights, so my internal clock needed to shift, and we had a few major emergency responses this week, after which the adrenaline crash just left me so lethargic.

Just got back from the gym now, and I'm very happy to say my strength and endurance has not wavered much.
Diet was so-so. Went shopping last night and bought some good stuff, though.

Had a good week this week. Hit all my targeted reps for my workouts, was on point with diet for the most part, and stayed consistent with my cardio.

Took advantage of the nice weather today and did some sprints outside on the football turf. 60, 40, and 20 yard sprints, 3 sets for each distance. Feel completely shot right now, and I love it.

Fantastic work everyone. I have not been posting as much as I should be because I am entering into the peak season of my business, and Im getting absolutely swamped with work. I have been putting in 12-14 hour days for the past two weeks. So I am sorry for not keeping in touch. But I have been really good about diet and keeping the training up as much as I can.

It's tough fitting everyhting in, in one day. Trying to find time for my 2 kids, running my own business, keeping my relationship healthy with my fiance, AND trying to recomp. my body is demanding. I am going to cycle back on to my EC stack, and try a pre w/o supp. for the much needed energy boost.

Glad to see everyone staying strong and giving it all their best!

Can anyone suggest a good pre w/o? Thanks.

    Good job B.

I had posted a second update on this thread because I couldnt get the 5th picture to look the same size as the others, it was too small. So I grabbed a different camera and did them again, to get them uploaded and see that 5th picture was still too small. I have been cropping them to my body size snug to my edges, so since I am smaller all over, the crop was smaller too- so maybe it looks too small because of that I dunno.

All of my clothes are loosening up. Feels so good. I also cant wear a pair of my shoes anymore cause my feet are swimming in them. My feet have both lost weight and water retention. YAY! Prob is my shoes were special made and cost me over 300.00, so that sucks.

On my way for a walk now. Everybody hang in there.

Thanks.
WOW! Busy lady, you rock! I am in love with Superpump right now for a pre WO, I would try a sample before buying a whole tub since some people still have stomach issues with it even though its been re-formulated. Good luck to you!

down 20lbs officially today...funny thing cause I was going to enjoy a cheat meal today as I start phase 2 tomorrow. Looking forward to see what this month brings me as I think it could be possible to reach my bf goal by the end of this contest.
