I do weight training 5 days per week, usually on M, T, W, F, & Sat. I end up hitting at least one workout twice per week because of the rotating schedule. On Thurs & Sundays, I do just cardio & Abs. I will mix in some cadrio & abs on my training days also.
Workout # 1 - Back, Bi's
Workout # 2 - Chest, Tri's
Workout # 3 - Legs, Calves
Workout # 4 - Shoulders, Traps
Most days, I will be between 2500-3000 cals. I usually have 300-350 g pro, 150-170 g carbs, & 70-90 g fat in 6 meals.
