    Jazz Hands:

The move is performed by tilting the head slightly, shimmering the hands with fingers splayed either side of the face and crying "Jazz hands!" with an enthusiastic smile. Think Jack from Will and Grace.

I thought you would appreciate that

The key to this is tilting of the head and shimmering!

This was my first "real" workout back from the Holidays and work trip to FL. It felt AWESOME!! I did feel a little weak, but don't feel that I lost much (because I was doing some workouts while gone). Whew! I'm very anxious to kick things back into gear, I'm more motivated than ever. I need to really focus on mixing up my exercises a bit more now, so I'm open for suggestions!

Once again, snow has managed to keep me out of the gym!! GRRR! Really getting frustrated! My legs need the work more than anything at this point! Since I'm writing this the day after... I will say I was a bit shocked that I was not sore today. Between the hiking (which was VERY steep hills and lots of snow!) and not doing legs much in the last few weeks... I should have been somewhat sore. Gotta give it up to PW and BG for that one!

Impressive. Not sure if you have or not get yourself some bands and kettle bells. can do some very good strength and conditioning workouts at home with them.

going to show this log to my wife.

Thanks! I do have bands and do some work at home with them. Really interested in getting into some kettle bell work (especially since I have been having trouble getting to the gym bc of weather) - something I could easly do at home for low cost. Great suggestions!

Check out the NEW CL Blue & Red Skully's!!

Thanks for the hookup CL! These are SUPER cool skullys. Wore one out this morning hiking in the cold. They are breathable and non-itchy, which is really important if you're doing cardio outside. Plus, it's nice to have different colors to match different outfits... But that's just the chick in me coming out! lol

These should appeal to everyone with all this cold weather all over the country!
