Non stim NO, good for pre bed.

But i may recommend adding a fat burner to your stack for the days you don't work out. Thermogen II is B1G1 right now

White blood and white flood are both NO products and it's not necessary to take both. I would recommend withe flood because it's in powder form and it's save to say that especialluy for a pre-workout supplement a fast absorbation is wanted wich is the reason why I would prefer white flood.

You can mix White flood and green magnitude and take it 30 minutes before workout and then Purple wraath during your workout wich will prevent muscle breakdown especially in a low calorie diet.
