    personally i don't count any reps where my chin doesn't clear the bar without my legs helping.
    Progress:
    Deadlift: 150 --> 275 3x6
    Squat: 135 --> 225 3x5
    Bench: 95 --> 145 3x5
    - Incline: 80 --> 125 4x5
    BB row: 85--> 140 5x5
    OH Press: 65 --> 105 5x5

    Get up. Get real. Get milk. Get big. Get God.

    Well i don't see anything wrong with cheating through the last sticking bit.at the least i would count it as a good negative rep. good attempt.

    Well its a good show of strength, was this just to see how strong you are? id see it being more beneficial if you lowered the weight and were able to get a few more reps. just my .02
    If your strong enough to lift the weights, your strong enough to put them away

    Bench 240 --- 255
    Squat 315 --- 365

    Lol yea I had to get creative because I have a herniated disc so I didn't feel comfortable piling on too much weight on the weight belt. It was expensive buying all that crap especially the leg weights, but it spread the weight out over my entire body.

    My goal is to keep going higher and higher with weight, while keeping good form. It'll be a while before I can bump up more weight. First I have to make sure I can clear the bar without using my legs.

    I like to put a dumbbell in between my feet rather than strapping weight around my waist. Do you just want to max out or do you do sets of 10ish reps with lower weight? I do 4 sets of 8-10 with a 75 in between my feet that really kicks my ass. Good work!!

    Here's what I do: I put on 130 lbs then do 2 - 3 reps of chin ups even though the 2nd and 3rd rep are usually 3/4 the way up. Wait about 60 seconds then reverse my grip and do regular pullups 1 - 2 reps. Wait about another 60 seconds and drop the weight to 95 lbs and do 4-5 chin ups. Wait another 60 seconds and do about 3 more regular pullups. I do this entire series three times.

    Bodybuilding is 60% training and 50% diet. Yes that adds up to 110%, because that's what you should be giving it. Change the inside, and the physique will follow.

    If it was 130lb on you, I'd count it based on the decent weight. But less weight with solid rep (no kick+chin poke), nobody could take anything away from it.

    It can't be counted as a +130 lb chinup, because you had to kick through it. Kicking effectively gives you less weight.
