ahh ic, I never got hunger pains when dieting. I averaged about 240g of carbs per day throughout my diet, the lowest I ever got was 170 so I could eat a decent amount of food each day.

I am going to agree with B-Neva, about 2 weeks (And I've never done a show prep). I have never experienced hunger pains though my dear. I just dropped 11 pounds too, I was 147 and now 136. Maybe you are eating too little food? Do you have any energy...

I am no scientist but maybe instead of such a calorie cut, change around the composition of macros in your diet instead of blasting right into a full on deficit.

It depends on what the metabolic shift is, how much food/caloric intake you are going from and to, what types of foods daily are you going from and to, you mentioned hunger pangs which can easily be controlled by consuming more fibrous vegetables as if you were carb cycling.

Speaking from my own experience and that of clients, 5 to 7 days and your body adapts to it's new internal environment.

It means that variables that can affect the data collected from an experiment are monitored and held constant. Control is essential for two reasons:

    1. Natural phenomena involve many interrelated variables, and if some of these variables are not held fixed over the course of the experiment, patterns in the data may be difficult or impossible to discover.
    2. To ensure that the data is reliable, an experiment must be repeatable and the data must be reproducible. Controlling conditions makes it possible for others to duplicate the experiment.

Flex Peel's statement have only to do with laboratory chemistry, not so much what goes on in the human body. It has nothing to do with dietary value of ingested protein. So I am hoping he has a good reason why he made a totally illogical post that actually had me rolling for a good night's laugh that was much needed

I found when I was dieting towards the end of prep I cut out most of the starchy carbs and went with veggies. I'd ratehr have a massive bowl of something rather than 40g of oats, much more filling.

The hunger doesnt last, if you're that hungry you may have cut too much, too fast. I also find that the more intense cardio I do, the hungrier I am, when I was switched to longer, but easier cardio sessions I had less hunger even on less food.

Seconding that. My favourite bar is a 1 minute walk from my gym and my immediate post workout is half a pint of beer and a basket of popcorn. Then home I go and have more "proper" things.
    I love beer too much.

Yes, of course its funny because u don't understand it, don't recognize it, and cant refute it, or wouldn't even know where to start.

Nothing you said in your previous posts was concerned with the topic at hand, absolutely nothing. anybody who took even a simple 2 week nutrition course could tell you u are completely ****ing wrong provided the topic on hand. What a pathetic useless waste of orangutan sperm

And the worse part is, besides the fact that you actually thought you were right (LOL), is that wack wack sarcasm and attempt at trying to prove someone wrong lol

Your posts are full of incorrect assumptions. research, re write, re post and apologize for spreading garbage on this site for the last 3 years. I'm done with you because I've seen u argue for much more stupider **** than this. Even if you reply to this post ( like the retard that you are ) have fun at satisfying your ego

You really are a charmer, aren't you? Keep pinning champ. Nothing like using gear to use yourself as a billboard for a "body transformation" business. I see it all the time in trainers and it's ****ing laughable. The fact that you can look can even hold your head up high is a joke. Love it when a steroid user that hides his steroid use tries to call other people insecure.

I've never seen someone tiptoe around an issue like this when called out directly. Try to gain back a fraction of cred by explaining how denatured protein caused by cooking renders the protein content of foods useless. I guess it explains how farmers in canada and the USA have been jacked for centuries eating cooked beef, pork, chicken, turkey and eggs, all of which are denatured, whereas the japanese have been chowing down on raw fish since god knows when, and look at how naturally strong they are?

And this brings me to literally my absolute FAVORITE point of this conversation. Allow me to requote you for effect:

We usually use these types of salts in the lab to purify proteins that are being studied as it lowers their solubility and causes them to salt out.
Nice blurb on denaturing via sodium there "Flex", must be nice to have all those chem degrees so you can spout this stuff off the top of your head with ease.... but wait.... what is this?

Funny thing is he didn't realize this is a laboratory method not something that happens in the process of ingestion of denatured protein ROFL

    ROFL this is too good

This should be posted in the Supplements, Supp. Misc, Nutrition and Advanced Nutrition section so this ***got ass can be exposed and so no one falls for his bull****.
