    Should I take pre-workout?

I go to the gym after school and after school I feel so out of energy. My bones feel slow and weak, I feel tired even though I get good sleep. I get 7 hours of complete mind fk and then I play 40 minutes of Football which makes me so out of when finished.

btw i'm cutting. should I feel take it whilst cutting? also any experiences with EVLUTION NUTRITION: ENGN.

I really feel like my energy levels drop so low that I need this to perk me up.

Well pre workout isn't a need it's more of a want. Most likely you will be fine to eat a big meal couple hours before your workout and you won't be as exhausted
    Tiny and weak but determined.

Take it if you want, it could only help you unless you take 4 scoops your first time. Eat a high carb meal an hour or two before you take your pre workout, and you'll have energy from both.

At your age, no. You don't need any supplements at all and if you honestly feel that you do than your training and nutrition are probably ****.

Start with nutrition- learning the basics about calorie and macro/micro nutrients and how they will help you reach your goals, read-

    http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=136691851
    http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=129523333
    http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=123915821

Once you have done that select a proven beginner routine, these are made to give the best results, some good routines would be-

    Starting Strength - http://startingstrength.com/

    BabyLover's Starting Strength - http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=135564721

    AllPro's Beginner Routine - http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=4195843

    StrongLifts 5x5 - http://stronglifts.com/5x5/

    IceCream Fitness 5x5 - http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=148036063

    Coolcicada's Push/Pull/Legs - http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=149807833

Read into those and pick the one you like best.
Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
    1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.
