Way too many people don't care about the bottom half of the body...the legs. Only true bodybuilders have well-developed legs. I want to have a competition w/other 15-16 year olds to gain motivation and determination. Of course, everyone else would also gain this as well!

RULES:
1) Pictures are due in approximately ONE MONTH. This date is August 15th, 2009.
2) Picture MAX SIZE IS 300x300. PLEASE only show the bottom half of your body! No weird poses! Just a straight up quad picture like this: (pic is 300x300)
3) Picture must show a paper w/your username AND date on it! You can hold it (it would prob get in the way), or you can make it stand on the ground.
4) No frauding or faking, PLEASE post your own picture.
5) If a contender cannot post pics, loses contact, or quits the contest for some reason BEFORE THE POLL IS POSTED, I will alert the back up contenders to join. If this happens during or after the poll, none of the backup can enter.
5) Winner will be chosen by poll. Top 3 will go on to another thread to do a finale quad faceoff.

Yeah, this should go a lot better than the other 15 year old contest because there are size requirements as well as being a specfic muscle competition.

Well I want to make it a specific camera angle, I don't want to make it where you can choose how you take the pic (dif. angles w/hamstrings, etc-) It would be too confusing and harder to judge pics. This is why the last comp was a failure.Originally Posted by Sam94Chem
