About me:
Been lifting for like 1.5 years? Acutally bulking for a little over a year. Struggled in the past with eating disorders and physcological issues, but I'm pretty past that, and working on it day by day. I plan on entering Powerlifting Contests as soon as I can find one nearby with a decent fee and entering my first bodybuilding contest in 3-4 years. Wanna go pro natty in my lifetime
My 1 year progress thread can be seen here:
http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=116689661
Stats:
16 years old
5' 8.5''
~185lbs
~13%bf
Best Maxes to date:
215 bench
456 dead
392.5 squat
Goals:
By the end of summer I would love a:
500 dead
435 squat
245 bench
Diet:
Currently with how busy I am it's a mess, but when I have time and during the school year it is:
bulks(6-10 weeks)
3000 cals
190g pro
~420 carb
~62 fat
Cuts(2-6 weeks)
varies, but around 2000 cals, and 220g pro, 45g fat.
Routine:
I feel I am very fast twitch dominant and am able to add weight to the bar daily. I have had great success with powerlifting routines, but for the past 6ish weeks have been toying with a power/hyper routine like Laybne Norton..I will be trying other routines in the future to see how I respond to them.
Upper Power
Lower Power
Chest/Back Hypertrophy
Shoulder/Arm Hypertrophy
Leg Hypertrophy
Rest days are taken depending on my schedule, I lift 4-5x a week.

wtf is this new journal ****. and that title! NOT subbing!
serious!
squats looked fine, maybe could use a bit more hip drive, but i'm only saying that because i think that's what mine need. so it biases me when i look at squat videos.

Strong squatting Zak, I do however have few comments.
You're leaning forward too much, that's the reason you can't get low enough. These were parallel at best. Focus on keeping your chest up, and maybe try thumbless grip around the bar, it helps. The bar could be too low down your back, I've seen that happen too many times, and it probably is in your case since your wrists hurt - your back isn't capable of supporting the bar by itself (not that it's weak, the bar is just in an uncomfortable position), so you have to help with your arms.
I'm mirin deadlifts thoughWorkout journal: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=116712111
