So I'm getting for my first physique show, I'm about two weeks out and i know the week of the show I need to dry out and carb load but I'm not to sure about how to do so kind of was gonna wing it but now I'm praying someone can help me
I currently eat about 30g of carbs
This is my current diet
Meal 1
1 cup of egg whites, 1/2 cup of egg beaters, 30g of spinach, 30g Swiss cheese, and 1/2 of orange
Meal 2
250-300g of chicken breast, 180g mixed vegetables
Meal 3
300-350g of ground turkey
Meal 4
300-350g of ground turkey
Peak week I wanna add sweet potatoes for my source of carbs not sure about how much I should add throughout the week
I drink about 1.5-2 gallons of water when should I cut my water???
