On a serious note to the OP, the reason we are all chatting **** on creakic hardcore, is because the product is designed for professional bodybuilders, or atheletes near that level, the product is far to powerfull for somone of amatur development, it may cause you gain too much mass, too fast, and your bones wont be able to take it, and become brittle, aisde from that, your muscle may grow too fast for your skin causing bleeding, and you may gain too much strength, causing cognitive confusion, although no cell tech, this product is very potent.

one football kid in my college swears by this **** (d1 football)
he's a big kid...
muscletech gets too much **** among these forums. if you are even close to recommending any muscletech product you are frowned on. i bet ~10% of the forum has ever used it and tried it for themselves.
that being said. celltech= dextrose + creatine. way overpriced but effective. you can make it yourself at home.
creakic is probably effective but much more expensive than other productsNASM CPT

Nice brah, today im at 3.5k aswell, high for my cut, but i needed some damn food, i was fairly carb depleted in general plus last nights sick leg day killed any glycogen stores i had, so ive filled out nicely with todays carbs, im feeling the need for change, so i think tommorow im gonna start mass building and cycle (the programme ).
3 weeks mass building
3 weeks strength refining
3 weeks fat recomp
Yeah to be fair, their products have some substance, i actually enjoyed anabolic halo (got it VERY cheap), got rid of all (well almost) my doms, but then i thought to myself, what the FUK when i read the ingredient profile, 10mg dosages of none essensial amino acids, white tea extract, dextrose, and creatine mono, thats what in it... guess you could argue the -320 degree temp made supp element lol.
So i switched, to whey with liquid aminos in, and a scoop of mono and dextrose PWO, guess what ? it worked the same.
They make generic products, and add some extra advantage, but no advantage they have coined are worth the stupid price tags
