Shoulder length, maybe a tad below in the back. No layers
Hair above my shoulders looks a lot better than longer hair on me.

I like shorter hair on women. Espically if they have muscular shoulders and back. It shows it off better. I think you would look best in the layered look, but I am a guy so what do I know.
