I am looking for a new multi I am taking Animal Pak right now and its good but its a lot of pills to take and its expensive for just 44 days worth.
Any suggestions on a good Multi at a good price?

Animal Pak is a GREAT multi. But if you want cheaper and a great all around multi, then go with ASTx Pro.

im taking orange triad right now, mainly because it has joint support in it as well, and my wrists were hurting on certain excercises. definately helped with that, im not getting that pain anymore.

when people say "great multi" or something of similar, do they actually know why instead of brand loyalty, etc? There seems to be alot of multivitamin debates lately and when looking at how many of these so called great multivitamins are formulated, people don't seem to understand much or have an idea why it's so great...

IMO Animal Pack is a waste.
try Now Adam, it has every thing you need and will last you 60days for $18, great multi. Opti-Men is also a good choice.

Go with TRIad if you've got the funds. The ingredient profile is hard to beat.
I'm currently using AST 32x. So far so good, can't beat the price either.
