This thread will probably be short... unfortuntely.
Negs to the first person to say, "just use essentials/orange triad/animal pak/sport pharma...etc."

If you check out this product, although a multi-v, it holds up to a lot of the recommendations that d makes about aces and b complex.

I also like a lot more Vit-C throughout the day.
Still one of the better multi's though.

thanks for reps AM. Returned.
I have been taking this product for about 3 weeks...so far, so good. I have really noticed improved digestion when I take a pill after a meal.
I do not; however, take all 4 pills in a day. rather, i take 2-3 spread out...usually one with each of my biggest meals.
As for the calcium...that was one of my only gripes...but, it is a much lower dose than most MVs.

I've been wanting to follow Dinoiii's protocol. What's the average cost spent for you guys? I currently use Ortho-Core and it's like $45 per month. I'm running low and definitely looking into this.

I figure 17 bucks for CMZ, 7 bucks for SeMC, 5 bucks for Isomer E, 5.50 for Country Life Vit A, Vit C is dirt cheap, and the B complex really depends on my diet. A 22 dollar bottle might last me a month or half. Really if I could afford it I would pop the b's like they were candy.
Bare minimum probably around 60-65 bucks. I don't know if I will be able to afford it when I am a full time student again. But to me they are the essentials put before everything else.

Unfortunately no. Right now the lowest I've found is about 22 plus shipping from Canada.

yeah thats what I pay at least our dollar sucks enough that it's about a 25% discount for you. I think the high price of AOR's products on top of already over priced Canadian retailers really hurts trying to get their products for a fair price.
