well thats actually not true at all, real butter is probably one of the "worst" fats ever!!! for example 1 Tbs of butter is 100 cal whic we all know that ppl dont measure out 1 Tbs, also 1 Tbs of butter has 11.5g of fat which therefore 7.3% of that fat is saturated!!! which if you all know anyting about "fats" we all know that saturated is by far the worst, also spray butter has .4g of fat 4 cal in 5 sprays, and only 15mg of sodium, zero everything else!! so i think you should do some research on "good" / "bad" fats

saturated fats are not the worst fats
trans fats are, and "i cant believe its not butter" contains trans fat, even though it doesnt say so on the label, because it has less than 1g of it so by FDA standard they dont have to put on the label it contains it. Trans fat is WAY worse then sat fat, the sat fats from butter are natural as opposed to the labratory made trans fats.

I use 0 calorie spray butter and alot of my friends who are pro's continue to do so , I would never ever touch butter . It doesn't matter which ones worse saturated or trans the fact is butter is calorie and fat dense which will hinder your fat loss completely .... So keep enjoying your butter and the extra cardio you have to do for doing soTraining hard for the 2012 season with the help of TEAM MUSCLETECH !!

Just cause your keto doesn't mean you should eat any fat ... You need quality sources of fats :
Fish oils
EVOO
Mac Nut Oil
Avacado Oil
Almond Oil
etc...
The reason I don't state PB or nuts is cause everyone over eats them , and by using oils it keeps you in your restricted macro count ... It's better to just let the diet do the work then have to kill yourself with endless hours of cardio !! Atleast that's what works for me , but what do I knowTraining hard for the 2012 season with the help of TEAM MUSCLETECH !!

Butter:
Pass the butter ~ ~ ~ ~ This is interesting.
Margarine was originally manufactured to fatten turkeys. When it killed the turkeys, the people who had put all the money into the research wanted a payback so they put their heads together to figure out what to do with this product to get their money back. It was a white substance with no food appeal so they added the yellow coloring and sold it to people to use in place of butter. How do you like it? They have come out with some clever new flavorings
DO YOU KNOW... The difference between margarine and butter?
Read on to the end...gets very inter esting!
Both have the same amount of calories.
Butter is slightly higher in saturated fats at
8 grams compared to 5 grams.
Eating margarine can increase heart disease in women by 53% over eating the same amount of Butter, according to a recent Harvard Medical Study.
Eating butter increases the absorption of many other nutrients in other foods
Butter has many nutritional benefits where margarine has a few only because they are added!
Butter tastes much better than margarine and it can enhance the flavors of other foods. Butter has been around for centuries where margarine has been around for less than 100 years.
And now, for Margarine..
Very high in Trans fatty acids.
Triple risk of coronary heart disease.
Increases total cholesterol and LDL (this is the bad cholesterol) and lowers HDL cholesterol, (the good cholesterol)
Increases the risk of cancers up to five fold.
Lowers quality of breast milk.
Decreases immune response.
Decreases insulin response.
And here's the most disturbing fact....
HERE IS THE PART THAT IS VERY INTERESTING!
Margarine is but . . . . .
ONE MOLECULE away from being PLASTIC..
This fact alone was enough to have me avoiding margarine for life and anything else that is hydrogenated (this means hydrogen is added, changing the molecular structure of the substance).
You can try this yourself:
Purchase a tub of margarine and leave it in your garage or shaded area.
Within a couple of days you will note a couple of things:
* No flies, not even those pesky Fruit flies will go near it (that should tell you something)
* It does not rot or smell differently because it has no nutritional value; nothing will grow on it. Even those teeny weeny microorganisms will not a find a home to grow. Why? Because it is nearly plastic.
Would you melt your Tupperware and spread that on your toast?
Share This With Your Friends .....
(If you want to "butter them up")!

so NE ways, first of all we are not even talking about "margarine" nice try though second of all I am just saying my point of view when it comes to butter, it is very calorie dense so if all you all want to eat 100 cal in 1 TBS of butter, go ahead and do so, you will be doing alot more cardio to burn that 1 TBS of "butter" off ne ways...thats your baby!!.....this is my own opinion on this subject Me and my husband have alot of friends that are pro body builders in cluding Jay Cutler which he also has the same point of view on this subject, you all do what you want, think what you want, and have fun doing more cardio
