I have some Protein powder, BCAA, Creatine and Launch from SAN right now!
I don't want to compete until I can be in the middleweights and for me to do that I need to put on 10-15lbs of muscle lol So it's gonna take a while. I might compete next year though but we will see how things go. If I fill out my frame I think I will look very good but until then not so much :PWorkout Log

It's just funny because to me, I can't squat for ****. It's almost embarrassing to me not being able to squat 3 plates for reps because it sure seems like everyone on here can squat 3-4plates easily. In my gym though, nobody can squat for ****, I bet 5 people can squat over 2 plates properly.
