    I have some Protein powder, BCAA, Creatine and Launch from SAN right now!

    I don't want to compete until I can be in the middleweights and for me to do that I need to put on 10-15lbs of muscle lol So it's gonna take a while. I might compete next year though but we will see how things go. If I fill out my frame I think I will look very good but until then not so much :P

    because ive got a really small elbow breadth and my arms have been stuck at 14 for .... over 8 months

    im sure it's possible , taking way longer than i thought though

    I was supposed to do OHP but I said **** it I wanted to deadlift lol. My lower back was super stiff but I just wanted to deadlift today, I hate OHP day so much I am thinking about just getting rid of it and doing a regular shoulder day.
