^ This 100%
I might get looked down upon for saying this, but I had to remove OP from my inspirational members list recently, as I cannot in good faith keep someone on that list when their actions no longer give me reason to feel "inspired". I haven't posted very much in this thread, but I told Carl over a year ago that I lurk his journal regularly, and use his posts as motivation to keep my head in the game as well (which I especially needed help with last year when I was recovering from shoulder surgery and a sh*tload of other injuries that kept me out of the gym for months).
I hope he comes back soon and that he's been making an effort to stay on track this whole time, but past experience with my own weight struggles tells me that hasn't been the case (which is heartbreaking to say). I can only hope Carl will prove me wrong.RIP Slash_ aka Tim- 06/28/1989 - 02/08/2013 <3

Good lord, people. Just because someone doesn't post on an internet forum doesn't mean they went off track or stopped working out. Believe it or not, tons of people work out and never visit a single forum.
Some of you are making it sound like he owes it to you to post. He doesn't.
Some people have lives outside of the internet.https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=17995794

Detox fat burner
I have been looking into all sorts of fat burning routes I can take which brought me to this forum where i have been reading lots of comments and I have even read about taking ACV which is apparently a great natural way to burn fat and I was wondering if anyone had any insight on if that works? I also read an article about a tea detox on an article i found, its called the red tea detox here is the link to the article let me know what you think.
