    I feel really beat up from the sprints, but I guess that is the price I have to pay if I want to keep doing them with heavy lifting. I was supposed to do them tonight, but I am still feeling pretty sick.

    I do not know much about Stronglift 5x5. If you are to follow the Texas Method I would follow the general template exactly.
