Lol
But seriously, it's better for people who don't know what they're doing to watch his videos, rather than many others which promote bench'n'curls

He is a goofy dude.
http://fitness.scoobysworkshop.com/6packabs.htm
I mean he seems like he is a decent enough dude. Trying to get others to exercise, and not selling crap on his site. But...none the less....some of the crap on the site is comical.Last edited by chazzy1864; 10-06-2008 at 12:22 PM.

His exercises are very basic. There is littler creativity. Caters to very begginers.
That is fine for some people.

what are u talking about for beginners? this site is for everyone... his stuff is just very basic and that's how bodybuilding is... people expect to hear about these crazy fad diets and super supplements and crazy intense military work outs!!!! lol that's just ridiculous. people are just too lazy so when they see something as simple as eating well and training with focus and intensity and they don't want to hear that.... they want a quick answer.... that must be too beginner for them lol...

'Marijuana is NOT good for bodybuilders, I don't care if Arnold smoked it or not!!! Arnold did LOTS of things, that doesn't mean they are healthy or conducive to building a better physique'

That is kind of messed up.
I'm on recharge today. I was going to rep him, if he is the real scooby. I don't agree with everything the guy says, but overall the message is solid and the common person could do far worse than following him.-

"Yes, fasting results in very rapid weight loss but it is dangerous and can result in death. More important than death (at least to a bodybuilder) is that fasting results in muscle loss as much as fat loss - nobody wants to lose muscle, fat is what people want to remove."

I put Scooby back in the green. I don't know him, but I'm sure of this...
He sure as hell could teach STYSmyD a thing or two.
