    Controlled Labs Stack/Log

    I am 18 5'8'' offical weigh in today was right at 145
    This is my first log ever so bare with me if i do something wrong.
    My stack consists of all Controlled Labs products
    GreenMag
    Whiteflood
    Glycergrow

    Dosing: I am mixing my GM and WF into one preworkout shake containing one scoop GM and 2 scoops WF with 20oz of water, and for GG i am taking 3 dry scoops in my mouth and chasing them down with my GM/WF shake about 30-45minutes pre workout.

    I am on a bulk currently taking in about 3500-4000 calories and 1-1.5g protien per lb of weight. I will take my first doses of everything today around 5 before todays workout.

    Workout today: (i will also update with weight on lifts this afternoon)
    Chest/Back:

    Dumbell Incline Bench 3x10

    Barbell Flat Bench 3x10

    Decline Barbell Bench 3x10

    Pullups 3xfailure

    Seated Cable Rows 3x10

    Close Grip Pulldowns 3x10

    took my first dose of all 3...the greenMag and WF together taste amazing! used 15oz water...i put the 2 scoops of GG dry in my mouth and washed it down with my GM/WF it felt like putting crushed up packaging foam into my mouth and swallowing it, no taste just wierd feeling, im leaving for the gym now and will log my workout results when i return

    GLYCERGROW!!!

    Seriously though, after a couple days it will become natural and easy to chase it down. Very nice stack and you should love the GG as long as you drink alot of water.

    I think you should add in some Deadlifts into the back workout, great lift!

    ok ive been home for about an hour and my whole upper body is still f**king pumped!...i cant believe this its amazing!..took like idk 5 minutes to kick in! my whole body felt like it was on fire and tingly, i loved it, i was driving and felt like iw as on fire so ide turn the air on and ide get cold but i also felt likeiw as burnign it was crazy...great first day, i feel like i can go to the gym for another 3 hours!..great work CL ill continue my log tommorow..my workout tommorow is Legs/Shoulders and i will post my routine etc tommorow before i head out

    Day 2
    Weight: 147lbs thats a 2lb gain from yesterday...any of it good weight?..probably not..lol, but i still like those numbers, i started my bulk yesterday eating abotu every two hours, nothign too high in fat high calorie high protien

    Not 100% sure what time im going to make it into the gym depends 100% on what time i get off work today.

    Workout: Legs/Shoulders

    Leg Exten. 4x10

    Hack Squats 4x10 (i wont have a spot for reg. squats today)

    Lying Leg Curls 4x10

    DB Shoulder Press 3x10

    Side Raises 3x10

    Barbell Shrugs 3x10


    (the way i have my routine split up, i work each body part twice a week, 3 on one off thens tart over from begining...each workout has diff. excercises for example: chest day one is incl. bench, flat bench, dec. bench chest day2 is DB flyes machine flyes and incl. chest press)

    just got back from the gym...another day of awsome pumps, energy and focus were both amazing and my shoulders felt like rocks...im hoping the effects last my whole cycle! so far so good tho

    Great to hear!! I just ordered GM, WF, PW, and GG. I was wandering what would be the best wat to stack these? Im thinking chase 2 dry scoops of GG with the GM and WF 30 min pre-workout and mix one scoop GG w/ PW intra-workout?

    yes..i mix my GM/WF with 15-20oz of water about 30 minutes pre..then while im drinking that i scoop 2-3 scoops of my GG into my mouth and chase it down, im not taking PW but frome verythign ir ead you take it before/during/after

    ok i got back about an hour ago, and still feel pump in my arms...awsome workout i was able to squeeze out a few more reps for each set, gonna weigh myself again friday, im eating every 2 hours and ive been gaining weight, like is aid not sur ehow much of it is good wieght, but at this point ill take anything! lol...another great day with CL...oh almost forgot, when i was chasing my dry GG with my WF/GM shake, i didnt get enough liquid in my mouth and it felt like someone poured a bucket of sand in my throat, almost coughed it out but nothign fell out of my mouth so i just downed half my drink and it went down, freaked me out for a second lol..

    sorry kinda late on the post-workout log..great workout today felt like i couldve done a lot more, amazing back pump and awsome chest pump..only on day 4 but the effects are still like its my first time

    greenmag is green apple and white flood is electric lemondade..mix them together for a good pre-workoutwith about 15-20oz of water and your good to go

    got in one more workout before louisiana gets wiped off the map, chets/back, good workout, no complaints, using same amount of everything, gonna try to use less water next time, see if it will change the effetcs possitivly or neg. i am staying put for the hurricane so wish us well, house is nice and boarded up will get updates as soon as power comes back on post-gustav, probably around thursday

    I'm subbed too. I got the same stack running right now with PW added but today was only my first day. I'll be following you so i can see what to expect Wish you the best especially with gustav on the way.
