Hello everyone, im very new to the forums and hoping i can get some real help.
im currently 15 years old, and i started taking Cellucor Creatine "unflavoured/BlueRaspberry"
i know you guys probably saw thousands of threads on this " creatine " stuff, but i want to get a personal answer from you great people.
1) What are the harmful aspects of creatine
2) Am i old enough to take creatine?
3) when i stop taking creatine will my body produce creatine immediately
i currently drink 2-3 bottles of water each day "355ml" and i take 1 scoop of creatine which is 5 grams of creatine.
is Cellucor creatine safe? i see so many ingredients in it...
comparing it to ON Optimum creatine, it just has " creatine monohydrate" nothing else and its approved i believe?

At 15 years old you should not be utilizing any supplements!
The only thing you should be taking is as much food as possible.
Train. Eat. Rest. Repeat.
That's all you should be doing ^^^USMC (2009-2013)

As said above, don't worry about supps at 14 man. Focus on your nutrition and training. Worry about supplementing later, just from the questions asked in your post I can tell that you aren't quite educated enough to be making choices about supplements regardless of age.
