Whats up this is my first time to do a cut and I want to keep a real detailed log to assist everyone and to help me keep track and stay motivated with yalls help.
My Stats:
Age: 22
Height: 5'10
Weight: 170 lbs
BF%: 11-13
Goals: I want to get to sub 10% BF.
I will be on an 1800-2100 calorie diet. I'm very active during the day. I work for Budweiser and deliver beer for 5 to 6 hours a day. I will work out on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. I will follow up my workout with about 20 minutes of walking on a 15 incline at 4 mph or play really competitive racquetball. On Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, I will do HIIT out on the road running for 30 seconds and jogging for 2 min or stationary bike with 1 min hard and 1 min about 40%. Maybe afterwards if the group wants to I will play some racquetball as well.
My diet will resemble something like this:
7:30- 4 Egg whites, 2/3 cup of oats with cinnamon and a splash of milk
9:30- 1.5 scoops ON Protein
12:00- 8 oz Chicken w/ brocolli and fat free cheese
3:00- PWO 2 scoops ON Whey with frozen strawberry's
4:30- PPWO 2 scoops ON Whey with skim milk
6:30- 8oz steak or 8oz 93/7 ground beef with about 2 Egg whites
8:30- Beef Jerky or Some tuna
My workout is consistent with this:
Monday- Chest and Traps
Wednesday- Legs and Arms
Friday- Back and Shoulders
I will definitely need the support so help me out guys. This will start July 21's when I get back from Las Vegas.

Awesome! Sounds like you are ready! Beef jerkey is the sh*t but gets expensive quick. Sounds like you are ready! You should be able to get sub-10% in a month with all you are doing. SUBBING!
Also, I just received my REDuction and White Flood today and was told not to put them together by a fellow member, but not sure. Did you ever make sure with a rep if this was okay?

Well got back from Vegas yesterday and I did so much partying that I felt I had to start today.
Took my first AM pills this morning with 20oz of water. They went down real easy and did not taste bad.
20 minutes before my workout I drank my White Flood with 16oz of water. On my way to the gym I could feel a little tingling sensation.
At the gym I had Purple Wraath with 16 oz of water to workout with.
My workout looked like this today:
5 minute rowing for warm up
Back:
Deadlifts: 135X8, 205x8,225x8,245x8
Seated 2 handed Rows: 180x8, 200x6, 220x6(Felt an incredible surge of energy)
Row machine- 150x8,160x8,170x7
Back extensions- 25x8x3sets
Shoulders:
Seated DB Press- 45x8, 55x8, 55x8, 60x8
Shoulder ext.- 20x5, 20x5, 20x5
Shrugs- 45x10x3sets
Followed this up with 4 games of racquetball
Then I did a 15 minute ab workout.
NOTE: At the gym my head felt a little cluttered like I couldn't think straight. But when I was pushing the weights I had a great pump and felt awesome.
Diet so far today had been on the T.

Well today was racquetball day but we did not play long, so I went and walked on the treadmill at a 15 incline at 4 mph for 20 minutes. Diet has been perfect again so far today.
I slept really well last night after taking the PM pill.
The only question I have thus far is: Why has my stool changed color, is like a really dark brown color?

Today's workout was amazing.
Chest:
DB Bench- 65x10, 75x8, 80x6, 85x5, 85x5
Incline BB- 135x8, 145x6, 145x6
DB ChestFlys- 35x8x3(did these real slow)
Cable Fly's- 35x8x3(again real slow)
Lats
Pullups- BWx8, BWx8,BWx5(real slow on the last set)
Lat pulldowns- 145x8x3
Ab work for about 10 minutes
Then afterwards I did 3 really tough games of racquetball. I'm in a league at my college so the games are really intense.
