    Aieabody's Controlled Labs REDuction 30 day log

    Hey guys, I just started this yesterday and I will try to get pictures as soon as I can. The ones in my profile is actually really recent like last month kine. Please inform me as to what else I should add in my review while I'm on the REDuction.

    July 1, 2008
    - Woke up at 1130 (from a long 12 hour shift the day before).

    -2 red tabs at 1150 in morning

    -0.5-1 hour later:
    Focus 9/10; Increased concentration noticed.

    Mood: 7/10; First dose today. No drastic changes in euphoric feeling, but noticed something.

    Smell: Red pills smell like rasberry candy! Black pills smell like prescription medication (not any specific medicine).

    Packaging: 8/10; Very organized packaging and bottles are nicely packed. However, the box should be a little more eye catching. Perhaps make it shine like how VPX meltdown's label is shiny? I love the way the REDuction box shows two planets of night and day and the red background is cool with the microscopic cellular picture, it gives you that thought that it is serious about "F**k Genetics" I love it!!

    Hunger craves: 7/10; Appetite suppression noticeable. Not as strongly as VPX meltdown. Will wait till after several doses to really notice if hunger is increasingly suppressed.

    Energy: 9/10; Very clean energy throughout the day. No jitters at all. Warm feeling inside my midsection area. No crashes, HA, SOB, discomfort, CP, increases in BP or HR.

    Ease of swallowing pills: 10/10

    Duration: 8/10. Red pills lasted nearly 8 hours.

    2 black PM pills: I have to admit I went out to Mai tai bar and drank beer with friends. Maybe 2 beers. Went home, took two tabs at 1230am and felt little sleepier. Felt a really warm, slightly burn like feeling in tummy area (maybe because of alcohol was still in my system). I'm a social drinker that only drink maybe once week, two 12oz beers max, no hard liquier.

    - Diet plan: At least 54-60 grams protein/day (I bought EAS brand from Costco, 27 grams per serving with almost 70 servings, 6 lb. bag for $35!); "Korean/Asian" diet (brown rice with beans, kim chee, seaweed soup, oxtail soup, majority of Korean food are vegetables, some meat; Liquids: at least 2-3L/day.

    - Workout plan: Optimized volume training (I got this training info from Testosterone nation, which is kind of like the German volume training but with less reps and sets with heavy weight, example: 5X5 "heavy weight" lol).
    Day 1: Chest and back
    Day 2: Legs and abs
    Day 3: Moderate intensity cardio; or rest day
    Day 4: Biceps and triceps
    Day 5: Moderate intensity cardio; or rest day
    Day 6: Anterior/Medial Deltoid and Posterior deltoid
    Day 7: Sex! nah just kidding, no girlfriend at the moment so its gotta be a rest day or moderate intensity cardio.

    Woke up at 0930. I felt good and not tired suprisingly at 0930!! usually I drag out of bed. Had to fast this AM for blood test at MD's office. I requested this blood test to screen/check my vital organs (heart, kidney, liver, etc) and laboratory profile (CBC, BMP, etc)

    Took 2 tabs at 1115. Focus: 9/10, Mood 8/10. Hunger craving 7/10, energy 10/10. Noticed a better overall effect on my second day. One hour later, I had to go bathroom to release stool.

    So far overall score: I'll give this a 9/10. I like how this doesn't have guggulesterones and all that other stuff in other fat burners.

    Will continue to log tonights black pills and future doses.

    Last night I took the black pills again. And again! I went to Dave and Busters to drink a few beers. Dam my friends just like to go out sometime and have some fun I guess. I took two black pills when I got home at 0300 in the morning and I woke up at 10am, not feeling hung over. Weird huh? I noticed my midsection is showing little more just after two days!! or maybe its the beer causing dehydration. Anyway, I took the two red pills this AM and I still feel the great energy and clear focus. I gotta work tonight at 7pm until 0730 in the morning, a 12 hour shift. So this may screw up my schedule a little. So I guess right before I sleep after my shift, I'll take the two black pills. I love both of the pills so far.

    Focus: 10/10
    Mood: 8/10, increased happier mood for some reason...
    Energy: 9/10 clean energy, no jitters
    Hunger suppression: 7/10, at a pretty big meal after two pills, I think i was forcing myself which i shouldn't
    Duration: 8/10 so far so good and long lasting
    Overall: 9/10

    No changes in my diet or workout routine. I did Chest and Triceps yesterday and today I may just rest or do moderate cardio to get ready for tonights shift.
    Workout: Incline dumbell press 5X5 up to 100lb dumbells. Flat bench press 225lbs, seated machine chest press, tricep push downs, weighted push ups.

    If I need something to keep me up a little, is it okay if I take something that has caffiene in it such as redline samples i got, or should i just drink a red bull?

    Sorry i haven't been keeping up lately. I took the red pills last night and black pills this morning since I worked two 12 hour night shifts in a row. Today at 5pm I took two red pills. Tonight i'm planning to take two black pills. So far No changes in the red pills. My diet is still the same and clean. No changes in lifting and still doing cardio. I think working as a nurse is sort of like walking cardio. I'm walking back and forth to different patients constantly in medical/surgical/oncology unit. I noticed that the black pills seem to make me sleep better and when I wake up, I don't feel as fatigued! Its amazing of how this black pill is making me wake up like I slept for 8 hours which i really slept for 5-6 hours. My muscles also feel lean as well. I'll give rating scores later..

    Okay I haven't been posting the past 3 days cuz of work back to back. I noticed my appetite is lowering day by day though! The past 3 days I had day shift so I was back on track but still 12 hour shifts. I took it in the morning before I began work and I had not eaten breakfast yet. So far I've been awake for 1 hour.

    What I noticed this time of red pill:
    - Increasing alertness and paying attention to detail in patient's charts
    - Energy seem to be the same but still gives me boost for the day
    - My hunger actually was suppressed a little more than before

    Focus: 10/10...or 11/10??
    Mood: 7/10...I had only about 4-5 hours of sleep the night before so I was sort of grumpy.
    Energy: 9/10...for some reason I had slight jitters?
    Hunger suppression: 7/10...still not enough suppression
    Duration: 9/10...It felt like the fat burning and energy lasted dam long....like whoa I was literally running around like I was on crack at work going in and out of patient's rooms and charting fast with concentration. Nothing TOO dramatic though.
    Overall: 9/10...Great so far and hunger suppression very slightly but not enough.

    Black pill:

    Hunger suppression: 9/10...this pretty much does the hunger suppression.
    Sleep: My sleep feels more deep and relaxing. When I woke up even with 4 hours of sleep, I felt good to go to work and start my long day at work. Even other nurses who are not much older than me ask how I get to work feeling all "excited and ready to go". I told them exercise, diet, take care of yourself, and the controlled lab supplements, which they had no idea what kind of company controlled labs were.


    After work which I finish around 1930, I go home and head to the gym to workout.

    On the 6th, I did shoulders (front delts, mid and rear delts, traps, lateral delts), heavy weights/low reps (5X5), moderate intensity eliptical cardio, hot sauna for about 10 minutes.

    On the 7th I just did moderate intensity cardio no weights: eliptical, trendmill, stairs for total of 45 minutes.

    On the 8th today I did chest, triceps, some biceps, and legs; all heavy weight but low reps. Then I did 15 minutes of stairs. 2-4 minutes about in the steam room(couldn't take the dam heat that this guy was increasing the steam in), and then about 5-10 minutes in the hot dry sauna.

    The scores above were nearly the same for these three days. However, I believe I should spread out the black and red pills further than 4 hours apart just as how that night I only had 4 hours of sleep and had slight jitters. Should I split the red and black pills further apart?

    I'd say during work I eat 3-4 hours. I may have half of a foot long roast beef with onions quizzno sandwhich my mom got me, then 3-4 hours later I finish the other half. In between I'm sipping on my protein shake here and there. The water bottle I use holds about 533cc's and I drink half of that every hour. I piss a lot but I need the water to keep me hydrated from walking a lot on the nursing unit.

    On days I'm not working, I eat every 2-4 hours. I'm not really staying strictly with the 6 meals a day. I try to eat as clean as I can or I should say, as nutritious as I can. I also try to eat more solid food rather than liquids to keep me satiated. I guess you could say I try not to go on without eating something for more than 4 hours and so i bascially just eat only when I'm hungry because I believe setting a artificial time schedule to eat isn't for me.

    I usually try to eat something solid after 30 minutes of taking the Red pills, nothing earlier than that. Yeah I went an hour without eating after I took a dose of Red pills and just felt that my hunger was slightly more suppressed. I noticed a slight suppression when i tried to finish my quizno sandwhich which i couldn't/didn't feel like after half of it. The reason why I went an hour without eating, i think it was because I was catching the bus to work and I wanted the effects to occur right before I begin my day of shift.

    REd pill:
    Focus: 10/10...no changes
    Mood: 8/10...felt a little better today
    Energy: 9/10...No jitters
    Hunger suppression: 7/10...hmmm?
    Duration: 8/10...Felt it wore off earlier today, maybe because of hot weather and i'm sort of fatigued from lifting yesterday and I also lifted hard today.
    Overall: 9/10...Still going strong!!

    Black pills; from night of July 8:
    Hunger suppression: 9/10...only felt like eatin chicken but i only ate ONE medium sized chicken thigh and thats it.
    Sleep: Deep and relaxing last night. I woke up after 6 hours of sleep because I had to go to school campus for a seminar. I was feeling good at the seminar too!

    Todays workout: Back and biceps, heavy and hardcore of 5X5. Dumbell back row with the bench thing, lat pull downs, low cable rows, seated machine rows, straight arm front push downs; dumbell biceps, curl bar free weights, machine E-Z bar.


    Just to let you guys know what i'm talking as my supplements:
    -Purple wraath lemonade - 1 scoop Pre/during
    -Green mag - 1 scoop pre
    -Creatine monohydrate - 1 scoop post
    -Glycergrow - 2 scoops Pre/during/post(if some grits are left in my bottle)
    -White blood X3 pre or plasma jet X1 blistercard (my 2nd and last box...too expensive and white blood is good enough for me) on every third day
    - EAS brand chocolate protein 27grams per serving (2 servings per day)...i bought this 6lb bag from costco. Shipping is too high to hawaii to get 5lb protein from internet.
    - Nearly 1 gallon of water per day...sometimes more if i piss it out or if I need it.

    I take nutrients on an as needed basis. A little off topic below...

    Supplements I have on the side that I used before but now I left it alone so i can use later:
    - X1 Superpump 250 blue rasp (2nd container)
    - X1 Shock therapy grape splash
    - X1 bottle White blood, X1 bottle green bulge
    - X1 Red acid Gen2
    - X1 Green tea fat burner from walmart
    - X2 Lipo6 (my friends gave them to me but i've used them before...however i probably won't use again so I may give this aaway to my friend...I've used this for a while and enjoyed the fat loss but also had muscle loss and slight chest tightness after hardcore exercise like the 300 workout)

    My friend who didn't want his "brand new" supplements gave me:
    - X2 large containers of GNC brand Weight gainer pro 2200 (planning on sipping 1 scoop, not 1 serving because its too much, only for work during my shift to keep me fueled)
    - X1 bottle of used 120cap GNC brand creatine monohydrate
    - X1 New VPX meltdown 120 caps

    Products I will likely purchase again after i'm done with the current containers:
    - Purple wraath lemonade
    - Green mag
    - Glycergrow
    - Shock therapy grape splash
    - So far...REduction!

    You sound like a supp junkie. Lol! I asume you do take a multi-vitamin (unless I missed it in all that stuff). I'm not positive but I think that's too much creatine. I think you only need 1 scoop of the gm. Maybe use the other stuff on your off day.

    Yes I guess you can call me a supp junkie! Yes as for the "other supplemenets": Multi-vitamin x1/day, Glucosamine x1dose/day, omega fish oil x1 dose/day, multi-B vitamin complex x1 dose/day, vitamin C 500mg x1/day, milk thistle x2 doses/day.

    Yeah I think it may seem like a lot of creatine but on off days i take creatine monohydrate 5grams only. On workout days, I take 1 scoop green mag preworkout and 1 scoop (5grams or 2.5 grams) creatine monohydrate postworkout. Maybe thats a still little too much? I take pre to saturate myself before heavy lifting and post to replenish "used up" creatine.

    At times on off days, I may take 5grams of creatine monohydrate not only for maintenence, but it also increase my cognitive ability to concentrate and not be as fatigued during peak hours of the day. I plan to do a study (we have to do one for nursing school to graduate) next Spring in 2009 on creatine monohydrate of the effects and benefits of not only physical fitness, but medical uses as well.

    Today I took the red pill at 1100 and didn't eat until 1430!!! I was so busy this morning soonafter I took the red pills. I still had all the energy and focus effects but amazingly, my appetite is now a 8/10. I wasn't thinking about food that whole time until around 1430. Reason I didn't eat for many hours today is because I had to help my mom jump start her car where she was stuck at costco. Whats interesting is that her battery was only about 8 months old and around the pulley, alternator area, there was a shredded up dead baby cat...smelt NASTY!! Maggots and flies everywhere. I tried taking it out with a stick but only parts came out and realized that it was stuck in the pulley system and the belt broke so yeah...there went my appetite as well.

    Black pills made me wake up at 9 and not feeling tired or sleepy after yesterdays hard lifting. Then realized I only had 7 hours of sleep. However, I tried taking the black pill longer than 30 minutes before sleep and wow. After 30 minutes to about an hour, I felt sleepy and not addicted to the internet. I was mostly focused on getting rest and sleep. Therefore, I placed all my homework on the side and turned off the computer and went to bed! GREAT STUFF. I love it on how it sort of disciplines me to go to sleep and get some rest.

    Make sure to post your research on that. It sounds like a great topic. I never thought about the effects of creatine outside of working out.

    Okay for the past three days. No really big changes. Same workout and diet. I'm trying to use up my friends weight gainer pro 2200 GNC brand. I gained a few pounds but muscle. I believe the REDuction is helping to keep the body fat down while helping me retain lean muscle. The other day I did olympic powerlifting such as dead lift and power clean and jerk. I ate a large chinese meal yesterday and after I used the bathroom, I lost a pound hahaha. The other day I drank 2 beers. I just wanted to chill with some friends.

    Not much changes since the last time I posted. Body fat has been reducing notably. Beer and alcohol isn't helping it. So far soo great! I noticed something BIG. Its been suppressing my appetite pretty good. Not to the point where I feel sick when I put food in my mouth but it made me not think about food majority of my day. This occurred 3 days ago and its still suppressing my appetite. I'll give the score of appetite suppression of 9/10, I can still eat a decent sized meal small enough to give me the fuel I need for the day!

    Okay I'm near the end of the bottle. I noticed the fat loss and energy! Appetite suppression is great but it took several days to take effect. The PM pills are the bomb. It allows me to wake up refreshed the next morning without feeling dragged and fatigued unless I do a super-high intensity workout the evening before. AM pills lasts a long time and I'm suprised it goes for nearly 6-8 hours. Great stuff. Too bad the bottles lasts only 30 days/1month for the price. I never had to worry about taking these throughout my day, just 1 serving AM pills upon awakening, and 1 serving PM pills before I sleep. Very convenient. I would use this again definately.

    I would give this supplement of REDuction an overall 9.5/10. Reason is because it didn't give me a strong appetite suppression right off the bat as other fat burners did. However, the appetite suppression actually came into effect a few days into taking REDuction and it also caused me to become euphoric for majority of the time in the day. It seemed that I did not get angry, if not at all. Does not make me jittery, no yohimbe so I can take green mag without worries. No shortness of breath, chest pain/discomfort, night crashes, irritability, dizziness, nausea/vomiting. It didn't even make me pee a lot like lipo6 did. I could take it before I catch the bus to work and not having to worry about peeing.

    Results were absolutely great. I retained lean mass but loss noticable fat. I was doing more intense lifting and cardio only 2 times a week. I noticed mirror image fat loss but my weight decreased only by a couple pounds. Good dam results.

    My limitations were alcohol at least 2-3 times a week, 3-4 drinks per session.

    During the fall semester, I should be decreasing alcohol intake to make effects more profound.

    OVERALL GREAT STUFF. I am ordering more of this and it even may be at keeper since it allows me to retain lean mass, lose fat, no headaches or whatsoever. PM pills allow me to wake up FRESHED, seriously.
