I'm trying to lose a bit of fat and also maintain or maybe even gain muscle.. what can i have before bed that wont interrupt my fat burning while im sleeping?
PB? Milk? or a protein shake?

Cottage cheese or casein powder and some natural peanut butter. (does the trick )
