Introduction:
My weight is out of control I always wanted to break the 200lb barrier which I did last year. Over the past few months I have had numerous injuries trying to play sports at my new weight. I?m determined to lose the weight and regain my quickness. I do have my work cut out. My long term goals are to get my weight down to 165lb and waist to 32.5 inches. BUT my short term goal is to lose 7-10lbs and .5 inches from my waist within the next month using REDuction. I have taken other products(Green Magnitude, White Blood, Green Bulge, First Red Acid, Purple Wrath) from Controlled Labs and have not been disappointed. I had another good workout. My strength is coming back. I?m almost 100%. I?ve been thirsty all day. I think I drank around 1.5 gallons of water today. I had to put away my scale so I didn't drive myself crazy. I will give weekly measures and pictures though.

I found out relative was in town last minute and had to go on a 1hr trip both ways. Kinda of screwed up the day. Ate a couple bad things. We went to a Mexican resturaunt before we came home. I made sure I didn?t overstuff myself. The GOOD news was my waist was smaller than the 35.5 that I started at. This was an hour after I ate. I believe its important to eat six meals a day. Even if one of the meals is not idea. Just don?t cheat the rest of the week. I cheat meal will keep you sane.

I had a job interview that lasted 3hrs so I missed one meal unfortunately. The cool part was my appetite was suppressed all day and late night. This was an issue I was having before starting REDuction. I could barely finish my last meal.

I had one cheat meal today. I ate a 1lb burger on a Kaiser Roll. Included cheese. I stood away from the tator totts. Well maybe 3. Workout was great. Getting closer to 300 plus Barbell Shrugs. Shoulder still hurts on some exercises like the Military Press. Tommorrow I will and stats new picture to compare from begining to the end of week 1.

Comments after one week
I did this same diet and cardio before and lost only 2lbs. I?m impressed so far. I don?t feel like I?m cracked out compared to Lipo 6 or Hydroxy Cut(Ephedra). After 7 days I can say REDuction is as good as day 1. I?ve taken many products in the past that worked great for a few days and then nothing.

At least the week hasn?t been a total loss. Waist is still shrinking. It will be over 2 years since my waist has been 34.5. Oh yeah I have already accomplished my goal of losing a half inch from waist. Let?s shoot for 34.25 now. I finally did 20 minutes of cardio some abs. Great workout!!!. It's been awhile since I benched over 200lbs. Shoulder didn't hurt.

Back. Today I worked out with personal trainer 1 free workout. I did 1 arm chinups, pull downs, rows and some other crazy exercise. It was a not stop free for all for 20 minutes.

Great workout. It nice to be benching 225 again. I like the results I have received from this product. I can tell you I like it better than lipo 6, hydroxy cut, Dialene-4. I will review tommorrow.
