F-Maximus clued every one into the price raise of weights at SA a week or so ago.
300lb set went from 159.00 to 259.00 I believe.
They have all weights on sale so If you need something you may want to check it out.
This add is from my area of SC so you may want to check your area to be be sure, but iron is getting Hella expensive.

Glad I use these then (in attachment). 250lbs of weight for 20 dollars or so Go inflation though. I was considering getting some additional plates and stuff but I'm in school and I can't deal with any sort of expenses.
Edit-Those are cheaply made sandbags, 10lbs and 25lbs plus some 40lbs that I have laying around. The path that I chose was because it was cheap and it was something new. I've been training for about 5 months now and enjoy using them but they take a while to use.
For plates though, are there any that I could get for cheap that fit on spinlock handles? I would like to maybe have two 25lbs but they need to fit on a DB spin lock and I doubt that there are many out there for a reasonable price.Last edited by Kion; 06-13-2008 at 11:04 PM.
