This post is PRE cycle on these, i plan on doing 2 full 30 day cycles of each product, together.
Workout history: If you've checked my logs before, you'll know ive been doing my more serious lifting in the past 6 months. Ive been on a few different products, the best being my Controlled Labs stack of, Green mag, white flood, purple wraath, orange triad and red acid gen2.
when i found out CL was making a new box set for fat burners, i bought them right away. ive also been keeping a close eye on kcinnitram91's Omega log and im pretty impressed with it.
Body Stats:
Height - 6'1
Weight - 258 give or take a few lbs
Body Fat % - no clue =[
Training:
Day 1 = Chest
Day 2 = Legs
Day 3 = Cardio/Abs
Day 4 = Arms
Day 5 = Shoulders
Day 6 = Back
Cardio:
Done everyday, either HIIT on a treadmil or elyptical, and pickup games of basketball this summer

First Dose of REDuction today
took my first dose of reduction this morning, pretty pumped. but my omega isnt here yet =[ but whatever, chest dayy today, favorite day of the weeeeek!!!!

Also did some ab work, seated ab machine, hanging leg raises, oblique machine, cable crunches, did like 3 sets on each.
Cardio: did 25 minutes of HIIT on the treadmil, felt pretty good. calves started to really burn towards the end. walk at 3mph for 1 minute, run at 7mph for a minute. got up to a 8.5mph run. about 400 calories burned =] =] =] =]
PWO Thoughts: wowwww holy chest pump. had some awsome pump today, and set some new personal records on some exercises. pretty excited about that. and had a great day of cardio. gonna go make some egg whites and toast, and relax the rest of the day.goodbros, always and forever.

off day
ahh, i love off days. im just gonna bum around all day, i might go up and do some cardio tonight, not sure though.
and yesterday was my first full day on REDuction. Am pills, didnt notice any difference from red acid. the PM however, they did make me feel tired, however i didnt fall asleep. but when i did fall asleep, i slept straight through the night, no tossing and turning like i usually do. so idk if it was the REDuction or i was just tired.
gonna go make myself a buffalo chicken wrap now, and watch some tv =]goodbros, always and forever.

PWO Thoughts: Wow, i hit my max on squats, and i leg pressed 1000lbs, damn im happy. and that superset at the end, is a killer, but its awsome. you just get amazing full leg pump. about 30 seconds in between each set, and its just a killer on your hams, but its so worth it!
still no omega, but REDuction seems to be good for now, im loving the PM formula for it.goodbros, always and forever.

forgot to mention i did more cardio at the gym, did like 15 minutes on the treadclimber, and had to stop cause my legs were just SHOT.
and a side note, i took my purple wraath like 2 hours after the gym *forgot to take it when i went* and i had a tingly sensation, never noiced it with wraath before, and i'll say, my legs arent tired at all anymore, stuff must have been doing its job!!! cant wait til i switch to lemonade though, still not a fan of the grape and ive been using it for monthsgoodbros, always and forever.

yea, i just forgot to grab it on my way out the door, and i didnt come straight home from the gym, mixed it up and just pounded it within 5 seconds
its here tomorrow. and to add to my list of ANIMAL products, im now using Uni-Liver, and sorry CL, but im switching over to flex for a while. im gonna stop OT for a while, use NOW ADAM and Animal Flex, in the long run its a few bucks cheaper, and im not working atm!!!!! So i got a good list of Animal stuff to add to my already awsome CL combo!!!!!goodbros, always and forever.

i wanna have, amazing striations in them, so people can be like, oh hey, look at his amazing delts
in the past 2 months though, ive done more lighter sets/more reps on my front and lat raises, and they're really starting to round out, and then going heavy on shrugs, getting the nice traps, which is another thing i want!!
