lol sounds like my friends.
Them: "we've been here for like 2 hours, how long is it?"
Me: "It's only been 30 minutes"

so true! my friends always wanna workout with me. whenever they go they ALWAYS wanna do the same thing: bench and curls. nothing else. before i tried to get them to do what i was doing, but then i was like whatever, they're not gonna change so i just helped them do whatever they want. now it's getting annoying i just go by myself and so much better.

"One morning I woke up and found my favorite pigeon, Julius, had died I was devastated and was gonna use his crate as my stickball bat to honor him. I left the crate on my stoop and went in to get something and I returned to see the sanitation man put the crate into the crusher. I rushed him and caught him flush on the temple with a titanic right hand he was out cold, convulsing on the floor like an infantile retard." -Mike Tyson

lol. Oh boy...Bodybuilding is a hobby, not a lifestyle, for most. Even those who succeed at it. You see, if you get beyond the broscience perpetuated here resulting from the nature of the website(that is often pushed by the educated within our hobby now, as a result of their "sponsors")you'll realize that it isn't necessarily difficult to get "big." This of course is referencing "big" using natural bodybuilding standards. Getting to the IFBB freak show of course requires massive eating and massive juice.
Secondly, your implication that incredible intensity while training is a prerequisite to massive growth is also misguided. Anybody will tell you that training to failure is rarely necessary if ever, and that training smart>training "hard." The biggest guy I personality know has female-like lifting numbers comparable to his size and eats skittles all day. Genetics, genetics, genetics. Enough of this "ra ra" semi retarded high school football coach rhetoric, let's get real. That's all.
Your last point is perhaps the dumbest. Go hard or don't go at all, egh? I'm not even going to break that down. You figure it out. Think about obese populations specifically when you response with your tail between your legs.
