Hi, Just been on fitday site, was very impressed with the diet and fitness log, inputted todays chow and was amazed that my 2 egg salad sandwich's were the main source of my fat intake today at a whopping 36g each, can this be right, I always thought they were my healthiest choice for mid morning protein break?? Any comments? Cheers

If you picked from their online choices you need to look at the ingredient breakdown. The mayo alone is way high.
I generally have to break my recipes down because I don't use all the junk that is figured in their recipes.We have the power to accomplish anything, it's called our mind.
