This is 2 weeks in a row that I feel my shoulder WO has really been less than satisfactory! Not happy about it. I think I may switch back and shoulder day around, and add abs to shoulder day while I'm at it! I just feel that back day takes so much outta me that I can't recover enough to get a good enough shoulder WO in. We'll see what happens next week! To make matters worse, I woke up late and couldn't get my last lift in! Aaaaaarrrrrgggghhhhh! Oh well, I guess some work is better than none!
Today's WO:
Seated DB Press
30x1x12
35x1x12
40x1x12
45x1x12
Side Laterals
22.5x4x12
Bent-over Laterals
17.5x3x12
Wide-grip Upright Rows
50x3x12My Beast Sports Nutrition 2Shredded Log:

I think switching up the order is a good idea also. Sorry you're not happy with your shoulder workouts. I'm sure they will come back around.

It was supposed to be leg day, but feeling nauseaus and generally achy today. I wisely sat out today's session in exchange for some rest.My Beast Sports Nutrition 2Shredded Log:

That was the reason I asked, I was wondering if hitting the front delt directly on shoulder day was even necessary since it does get a lot of work with presses. So, maybe I won't add it either. Hmmm well, I think about that.
Good plan by not working out today if you were weren't feeling good, you probably needed the extra rest. Good job of listening to your body.

To all those that inquired, I decided to take a few days off from the gym. Wasn't feeling that great and needed the rest. I got my new bicycle last week and have been using that for active recovery. I will be hitting the gym tomorrow and back on track! Thanks guys!
