    you're probably right, because as we all know, every exercise only has exactly ONE use and thats it. bridges could definitely be used to build your glutes if done weighted or if your glutes are underdeveloped. especially if the glutes are squeezed at the top of the movement.

    OP I say front squats because it seems like it helps me go a bit deeper than I do on my regular atg squats so you might want to incorporate them with regular squats.
