Today is a rest day but just wanted to take some progress pics. The pic on the left was taken 9-22 and I weighed in that day at 149. Today I took another pic (10-28) and weighed in at 153 this morning. A 4 pound gain! I was stuck at 150 for the longest time but lately I've increased my calories. I think the biggest difference I'm seeing is in my lower body. Other than that not much visible change. The lighting is not the same since they were taken on different phones. So hard trying to take good pics. I think another couple months of this and I should be good to cut
I think I am seeing some growth from this pic taken on 06-16

I see noticeable improvement from those progress pics Britt, you look quite a bit leaner in my eyes. Great work, keep it up!

Boyyy you better start taking advantage of the rep system that's been given to us! Jk it's no big deal. Haha and thanks Josh
Thanks! We're looking at the same pic right? (on the top right) I feel I look a little softer. Getting harder to see the separation in my quads and striations in my shoulders and such but no big deal. I think a 13 pound gain isn't too bad in 2 months. I actually weighed in today at 151.8 lbs. Stupid weight fluctuation!Patience, dedication, drive.

Good progress. I noticed your shoulders, legs and back look a lot better and bigger. You're doing it right, mang.
“Go back?" he thought. "No good at all! Go sideways? Impossible! Go forward? Only thing to do! On we go!" So up he got, and trotted along with his little sword held in front of him and one hand feeling the wall, and his heart all of a patter and a pitter.”

Dear log,
Whooo so many PR's today!!! Today was nuts. I was expecting to have a good session, but did not expect to have a freakin' awesome session. I was so happy to finally get that 85lb OHP. I've been trying for so many weeks now and finally got it. So so happy about that and also very happy that my bench is going up. Got 105 x 5 today no problem. Didn't need any help. Oh and thank you Lucifer for the lying tricep extension suggestion! Just trying these out for the first time and they felt so awesome. I was in the zone today. Don't know what got into me but I did try Craze for the first time today. That may have helped my mental focus

Dear log,
My legs are shaking, halp. Soooo I got an epic PR on sumo today! I didn't think I would get it off the ground but I wanted it bad. After sumo, I was pretty much dead. The room was spinning and I was super tired BUT I still had a great session. Everything was awesome today! I'm trying to get more depth on squats so I did a few practice sets...the video below shows better depth than I've had before. Overall, today was AWESOME Mitch if you're lurking, I saw you post in your log about narrowing your squat stance. Tried that today and didn't point my toes out as much, felt more natural and way better than my wide stance.
Lol at music in this video. You mirin my pre-lift prep? Ha! Really didn't think the bar was going to come up. Slow but still got it! YES!

I found that gradually building up to my 1rm on sumo is the way to go. Last week I jumped into it too fast and failed. Lesson learned! Thanks everyone for tuning in. More PR's to comePatience, dedication, drive.

Thanks Chris!
Me? Mad? Never! Apparently I suck at editing videos. I tried to get the actual song I was listening to in the sumo video but I couldn't for some reason. Maybe I'm derpina, idk! It was the same song I hit my OHP PR to...dope peddlerPatience, dedication, drive.
