    Thanks man, i should be at 290x5 min now., but now way tonight.. god.

    I know if i can hit 290x5 ill have 335x1. Sucks but we re group and recover and not drink for a while then smash week7 hard.

    She is man, maniacle and kinda twisted which makes her so hot , but yeh im in a lot of trouble but not signing sh.it. Been there 8 yrs and they want me to sign a written warning for having a small radio on softly., they can forget that idea

    Thanks man, i did stay calm and got through the day. I worked with Laura today and we kinda worked without saying anything but when we spoke it was professional. I think it worked out alright today but who knows.. Might just keep my cool and just not talk back anymore.

    I didnt start this, i was minding my own business at the service counter and then got in deep sh.it for having my radio on. Meh, i spoke with a woman from head office and she believes the written warning was massive over reaction lol. good to have her on side

    Yeah got bad salmonella poisoning bro, and basically i was benching 235x5 for a tough set and then i tried to bench 235x1 the following few days later and failed the 2nd rep badly. I couldnt even budge 405 on deadlift when few days prior pulled 480x1. It was horrible lol, but i just got back into the routine and got eating again properly after 12 days or so, then as my weight came on my frame my strength came up again, the first main week was low weights but i noticed after 2 weeks consistent training i was almost 100% then started breaking rep prs 3 weeks later. So doesnt take long bro, what happened to you?

    I have my retail security course starting mid jan which i intend to start and heard plenty of work in there so should be ok. I would much rather do that and had many mall officers say i should get into it also. But right now work is getting me money and sometimes we need to get money to keep our car going, our food coming in, our billz to be met etc even in the short term if it means staying somewhere your not happy. IMO.

    Its been a good 3 months since i checked in on ya, i was a bit surprised to see you still around 205. Have the lifts been stalled lately, or just a ****ty week?

    Yeah not moving along as much as i would have liked to, couple rep prs on squats and deads last month or so but nothing at all that indicates real progress. Hit some decent push presses last week and a 475x5 deadlift, had 7 in me.' Trying to maintain 205 ish dont want to get much heavier at this point.

    never went to the docs but I was waking up every night sweating and felt like sh.it a few of the symptoms sounded like the flu but I never puked. Not sure what it was. Still got a lil bit of a cough

    Good to get out some nice anger on the deads and throw the bar around, went out last night but didnt drink much at all bro. Went to Stkilda beach till 2 am walking along the pier talking to less than reputable characters. But good night, for sure.
