Thanks man, i did stay calm and got through the day. I worked with Laura today and we kinda worked without saying anything but when we spoke it was professional. I think it worked out alright today but who knows.. Might just keep my cool and just not talk back anymore.

Yeah got bad salmonella poisoning bro, and basically i was benching 235x5 for a tough set and then i tried to bench 235x1 the following few days later and failed the 2nd rep badly. I couldnt even budge 405 on deadlift when few days prior pulled 480x1. It was horrible lol, but i just got back into the routine and got eating again properly after 12 days or so, then as my weight came on my frame my strength came up again, the first main week was low weights but i noticed after 2 weeks consistent training i was almost 100% then started breaking rep prs 3 weeks later. So doesnt take long bro, what happened to you?

I would much rather do that and had many mall officers say i should get into it also. But right now work is getting me money and sometimes we need to get money to keep our car going, our food coming in, our billz to be met etc even in the short term if it means staying somewhere your not happy. Yeah not moving along as much as i would have liked to, couple rep prs on squats and deads last month or so but nothing at all that indicates real progress. Hit some decent push presses last week and a 475x5 deadlift, had 7 in me.' Trying to maintain 205 ish dont want to get much heavier at this point.

Good to get out some nice anger on the deads and throw the bar around, went out last night but didnt drink much at all bro.
