Glad to hear the ribs are getting better man. Such a crappy place to get injured because of the healing time. I won't be around for the week so make it a good one while I'm gone and get better!

No need to abstain just because you're about to step on stage, brah
Thanks, JP! They sure are a pain in the arse! No mas rib injury for me. I think putting on extra cushion will allow me to EVENTUALLY wear the inzer again. I plan on wearing a sweatshirt with it too. I can't justify getting rid of it
Pumpkin butter is actually an extra jar from last year lol. Unopened and it's good till the end of this month. I need to eat that shizzz!!*Professional comic book geek* *semi-pro cartoon collector* *full time nerd*

Ok guys, here are my new goals :
Once rib is 100%, increase squat. I am going to run smolov jr for squat to accomplish this.
Not step on scale for at least a month. Mirror only.
Increase macros.
New macros will be 90/500/225. Not going to be too strict on numbers as long as I'm 3700-3800 on ALL DAYS.
Pass Test of Academic Proficiency (scheduled September 19th).

I figured it was pretty close to that. Just curious, did you use the fullf at or low fat/fat free Cream of mushroom? Also, was the chicken raw or pre-cooked?
and damn, might have to spring on the pebbles. post cereals are 1.88 a box till saturday. My cupboard has about 8+ boxes at the moment though lmao.xTUNAx CREW

squats - finally able to squat again, VERY light
45x12

155x6
185x8 (4 sets)
BSS
30'sx8/8 (3 sets)

hanging leg raises - no rib pain
3x10
calf raises - smith machine at home
90x15
180x12, 10, 10
90x15
misc.
I was able to squat again without any discomfort. I didn't go ATG and kept the load very light and the intensity fairly low. I did not want to aggravate my injury. Everything felt good and my legs/glutes feel pretty thrashed . I also took a HUGE exam today which was basically a summative assessment of everything I have learned in all my foundations of teaching classes. I was NOT prepared, but managed to pass . Off to football practice in a few, then have a couple late night clients. Yippee!*Professional comic book geek* *semi-pro cartoon collector* *full time nerd*

lol I love variety too. my friends give me crap every time they come over and open my pantry. brb 10 boxes of cereal, 6 boxes of pop tarts, all kinds of snacks, fully stocked fridge, etc etc...they had no marshmellow pebbles unfortuantely but I scooped up some "marshmallow mateys" Malt-o-meals lucky charms knock off. Better than the original IMO and half the price!
Glad to see u back to squatting today. Coincidence that I did 185 for 8 today too (also my light day). did a few sets and I paused in the hole to try to help my form....grats on passing the exam, even if u just squeaked by.xTUNAx CREW

Glad I could inspire! It really is a mind f**** sometimes, so I say to hell with it for now.
Glad to see you back in here, dude.
Jets kicked arse yesterday, as did my Bears!
It was a ninja... definitely a ninja . Master Inzer got me with a round house to the ribs.
If you have a Meijer grocery store near you, you can get the pop tarts. They're Meijer brand. In all honesty, they're not that great. I was expecting them to be much more lemony lol.*Professional comic book geek* *semi-pro cartoon collector* *full time nerd*
