my bodyweight is down to 248. 6lbs to go which should be fairly easy to cut. i'm gonna try to get 10L of water and my last meal in before 5pm today. im weighing in at 3:30pm on friday so that would be 22 hours without eating and drinking. should be fun!

just took a dump and im at 244.8lbs. definitely gonna need to sweat to drop those last few pounds. i have to drop down to 241 just to be sure
and due to this cut im not gonna go balls out tomorrow. im gonna play it safe and get my 1344 total so heres the plan:

i made weight!!!!!!!!!! turns out the scale at the gym and the scale i have were both wrong. weighed in at 108.9kg/240lbs noway i couldve lost 2lbs in a 10-minute drive. right after i weighed in i downed 2 harveys double burgers, 1L of water and a bottle of gatorade. now i have a huge plate of shawarma in front of me. gonna eat that baby up and then im hitting the all you can eat sushi joint. gonna be a good night!My training log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=129669663

347 i locked it out but they said the bar drifted back before the rack call so i got 3 reds. other lifters said it was BS cause i still racked it after the rack call but whatever i'll still count it as a PR.
i was kinda disappointed though because i was going to go for 162.5kg/357lbs on a fourth attempt to break the world record lol. that wouldve sounded so cool.

again all three lifts were easy. definitely had a lot more in me today but 540 was the goal so i didnt take a fourth attempt.
Total: 1338lbs at 242 (109-pound PR)
i think i crushed all four previous national records too lol but we all know they dont mean shiit. its my first 1300+ total so im pretty happy with that. i got almost everything i wanted except for that bench but its cool. i left A LOT on the platform today but i stuck to my plan and got what i wanted. and now i know im capable of a lot more. this is way better than if i'd had a bad meet.
next meet is probably gonna be in june. definitely gonna hit a 1400+ total at that meet.

thanks for filming my lifts too brother. Your a super cool dude, funny as hell and kept me company while I was feeling like utter death from that food poisoning. And that was 501 at sick dehydrated 183 (I weighed myself right before the pull) mangoo man! I'm ok though with my performance at my first meet feeling like utter sh!t. I spent about 70$ on food last night lol
