done on ARC Trainer <--- Best cardio machine out IMO
good workout today but for some reason its extremely hard for me to get a burn/pump going in my shoulders not really sure why that is but I just never look forward to training shoulders and dont have good mind muscle connection...maybe thats why they are lacking...just a thought
any tips on how to get better MMC in the shoulders??? holla @cha boy!!!!!!!
BTW...babygirl is KILLEN IT as of late
