I had the same problem(but didnt know it)
My gf didnt see me for 4 months, during the time i started taking lifting very seriously, with the bsn stack and lifting 6 days a week and walking 20 miles a day at work. When she came back, she said that my face had completely changed shape, and i had a strong jaw line. But the things i said above are the only things that changed

I think most of it is genetic. You can't do much to change your facial structure. Cutting down some bf will help show more facial definition. Also might want to try some facial hair along the jaw line, that exaggerates it a bit.
Chewing gum might also help, but im not sure. Like I said, most of it is genetic though. You can drop all the bodyfat that you want, but if you dont have a strong jawline genetically, it wont do you much good.
