You're going to need a proper coach to watch you do the drills properly.
A's, B's, fast leg, butt kicks, power skips, bounding, slow motion leg turnovers, tempo at slow speeds of just 40%-50%.
The A's drills will do the most for you, so put most focus on these. Master is 100x over, great warm up drill as well. Doing several sets (4-5x) over 30m every practice will definitely get your leg turnover mechanics in place.
